Description: This is what you will need to connect to my Halo Custom Edition server. Also, this file will install a multiplayer online version of Halo on you computer. You will still need your Halo Cd-Key to play. Halo Custom Edition allows users of servers and clients to play new maps created by others and mods. I highly recommend this file.

init.txt file for halo dedicated server
Description: Here is a init.txt file that I have made for those that are still having problems fixing one up. It's for all the basic halo maps and has slayer, ctf, and teamslayer setup to run the dedicated server. The init file does not have any rcon setup so you will have to read the write up in the message board area to add extra commands to it. If you have any problems just post in the message board area. :-) You will probably want to change the name of the server, I think I named it "Halo CE server" so you may want to keep it or change it. :-) All you need to do with this file is place it in the main directory of you halo ce directory. Meaning if you installed it in your programs directory on you C drive. You will want to place it in your c:/program files/microsoft games/halo custom edition directory. :-) have any problems just post in the message board area. :-) Remember this is in ZIP form, so you will need to unpack it and the init.txt file is what you put in the main directory of you halo custom edition directory.
